To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare an estimate and design, and carry out manufacturing and installation if you proceed.

3. The quote form and WhatsApp

When you submit the quote form, the details you entered are placed into a WhatsApp message that opens on your device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages are then handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Who we share information with

Only with people who need it to serve you: our own team, installers and suppliers working on your project, and service providers such as our web host, messaging and map providers. They may use it only for those purposes.

We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and respond to you. Records for completed projects are kept for as long as needed for after-care, warranty and legal or tax purposes, and then deleted or anonymised.
