1. Our products and services

CanopyFlex designs, manufactures and installs retractable, manual open/close, tensile and PVC sheds and canopies. Descriptions and images on this website are for general information. Final specifications, dimensions and finishes are set out in your approved quotation and design.

2. Enquiries, surveys and quotations

Prices shown or discussed before a site survey are estimates only. A formal quotation is prepared after we survey your site and understand your requirements.

A quotation states what is included, its validity period and the payment terms. Work starts once you have accepted the quotation in writing (including by message) and any agreed advance has been paid.

3. Design approval

We will share a design for your approval before manufacturing. Changes requested after approval may change the price and the delivery time.

4. Payment

Payment is due as set out in the accepted quotation, for example an advance, progress payments and a balance on completion. We may pause work or delay delivery if a payment is overdue.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, provide safe and timely access to the site, and make sure you have any permissions needed from owners, associations or authorities for the work. Hidden site conditions, such as weak surfaces or buried services, may affect the design and cost.

6. Delivery and installation

Timelines are estimates and depend on design approval, site readiness, materials and weather. We will keep you informed of any significant change. Installation is carried out by our team or authorised installers, and we will check the shed's operation with you at handover.

7. Care, use and maintenance

Sheds and canopies must be used and maintained as we advise at handover. Retractable and manual structures should be closed or secured in strong wind, storms and heavy snow or hail where advised, and the structure should not be modified by others without our approval.

8. Warranty

Any warranty or after-care cover is stated in your quotation or agreement. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised changes, lack of maintenance, or extreme weather or events beyond normal use.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Cancellation

If you cancel after accepting a quotation, you are responsible for work done, materials ordered and custom items made up to that point, as set out in your agreement.

11. Using this website

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, copy its content for commercial use without our permission, or submit false or harmful information. The CanopyFlex name, logo, photos and text belong to us or are used with permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your agreement says otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, applies to your use of the site.
